Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a strong client portfolio while achieving sales targets. Foster long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities through thorough research. Support clients with property listings, coordinate viewings, and handle negotiations. Offer professional guidance on market trends, property valuations, and pricing strategies. Keep accurate records and provide regular updates on sales progress. Actively seek new leads and explore potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and succeed in the real estate field are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Multilingual applicants (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

Basic salary plus an attractive commission structure Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Visa: Details will be discussed during the interview (visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates)
