We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct property viewings and tours with clients, showcasing available properties in Dubai. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and the agency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Requirements:

Arabic Speaker . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations. Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of achieving targets. UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
