Job Responsibilities:
Manage and expand your client base, driving sales and meeting targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
Assist clients with property listings, organize property viewings, and negotiate deals.
Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate records and regularly report on sales performance.
Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but not required.
Open to freshers with strong motivation to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Multilingual candidates (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
Salary + Attractive Commission
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
