Key Responsibilities:
Assist Russian-speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities and stay up to date on current market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
Provide guidance and assistance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transaction progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the Dubai market.
Fluency in
Russian
and
English
(both spoken and written) is
mandatory
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
RERA certification is a plus.
