Earid Real Estate Brokerage is in search for an ideal candidate for the position of Real Estate Property Consultant who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Preferably Russian speakers
- 2 - 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
- Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing Secondary Real estate units.
- Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work
- Establish and foster strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
- Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Basic Salary will be discussed on interview.
- commission 50% to 80% ! !
