As part of our expansion, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Secondary team (Resale and Leasing) at Asset Homez International Properties LLC. Position: Luxury Property Consultant Location: The Bay Gate Towers, Business Bay Compensation: Up to 60% Commissions About the Role:Are you a positive, dedicated, and result-oriented individual with a strong work ethic? At Asset Homez International Properties, we are actively searching for experienced Sales Agents in the Real Estate industry with a minimum of 6 months of experience. Gender: Open to Male/Female, All nationalities Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
- Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, and more.
- Compile detailed property listings with information on location, features, square footage, and more.
- Conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers and facilitate negotiations.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met.
- Promote properties through ads, listings, and open houses.
- Maintain your real estate license and stay informed about industry trends.
- A minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience.
- Strong desire for financial growth.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, especially in email communication.
