Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Assist clients in property transactions including sales, leasing, and investments.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Maintain a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and property trends.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documentation in accordance with RERA guidelines.
Ensure all real estate activities adhere to Dubai Land Department and RERA rules.
Provide clients with expert guidance on market conditions, mortgages, and legal procedures.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Stay updated on property laws, regulations, and new developments.
Requirements
Valid
RERA Certification
(UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency).
Minimum
2-3 years of proven experience
in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong understanding of the
UAE real estate market
, especially [Dubai/Abu Dhabi].
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Valid UAE driving license
and own car preferred.
