Role Overview
The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for listing, marketing, and leasing premium properties across Dubai. Responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of rental properties and client enquiries Coordinating viewings and negotiating lease terms Ensuring RERA documentation and Ejari registration compliance Building long-term relationships with tenants and landlords Working with the in-house marketing team to generate quality leads
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking agents preferably with solid experience in the Dubai rental market.
At least 2 years' experience in rental leasing Fluent in English; multilingual agents preferred Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage time and clients independently Motivated by targets and commissions
Required Skills:
Rental negotiation and legal documentation Tenant-landlord communication Familiarity with leasing regulations in Dubai
Competencies:
Customer relationship management Attention to detail Time management and hustle mindset
Compensation
A competitive commission structure will be offered with guaranteed commission during the first 3 months. The final package is negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
