We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and lease properties while providing excellent customer service and market expertise.
Responsibilities
Assist clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process Conduct property showings, market analyses, and negotiations List and market properties using online platforms and social media Generate leads through networking and prospecting Manage documentation and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
Qualifications
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Familiarity with CRM tools and MLS platforms
Compensation
Commission-based, plus potential bonuses.
