Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote sales and rentals of properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties according to their requirements. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market trends, and competitive listings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and reports. Coordinate with internal departments for listings, marketing, and legal documentation. Meet monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Presentable, confident, and client-oriented. Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
