We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals Manage and maintain property listings across various portals Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, pricing trends, and legal requirements Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing in Dubai is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with RERA laws and regulations (RERA license is an advantage) Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in MS Office and online property portals Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred
