Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, market prices, and new projects. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates for all transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's real estate (secondary market preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a commission-based environment. Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of Dubai property laws and RERA guidelines is an advantage.
