- Conduct thorough property comparisons to determine competitive market prices.
- Craft detailed property listings highlighting key features and locations.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in negotiation processes and review purchase contracts for compliance.
- Must have 1 years experience in Dubai real estate.
- Passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for real estate.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, and a foreign language.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous.
