Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions Source and list properties for sale and lease across Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings, market evaluations, and client consultations Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and legal updates Use CRM tools to manage leads, listings, and client communications Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings effectively
Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage Professional appearance and client-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
