We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
real estate agent
to join our dynamic team inBusiness Bay, Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be afemale professional
with a strong background in the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for property sales and leasing.Responsibilities:
Actively source and list new properties for sale and rent Conduct viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process Maintain and grow a database of clients and properties Stay up-to-date with market trends and legal regulations Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai RERA certification is an advantage Excellent knowledge of the Dubai property market. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and in a team environment Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
