Role Description:

Real Estate Agents handle the purchase, sale, and rental of secondary and off-plan.

Common tasks and activities include:

Collecting property information and arranging marketing materials

Keeping up to date with Dubai's residential and off-plan property market regulations

Creating and attending property valuations and viewings

Negotiating with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from the viewing to the offer stage

Monitoring sales progress with our Sales Progression team

Regular follow-up calls to all clients after viewings

Staying current with market trends in Dubai's property sectors

Generating new business through networking and the company database

Building relationships with developers and property owners

About You:

Fluency in Farsi and/or Tajik is essential

Sales experience is advantageous but not essential

Presentable, professional, and honest approach

Strong networking abilities

Positive and hard-working attitude

Professional dress code required

Punctual with excellent work ethic

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
