Responsibilities
Marketing of ready (lease/sale) and off plan properties
Arranging viewings and responding to customer queries.
Handling tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.
Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Stay up to date with the knowledge of the market and the best possible prices.
