As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire

experienced and driven Property Consultants

with a strong background in off-plan sales to become part of our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-plan market Build lasting relationships with clients and developers Guide clients through investment opportunities in upcoming projects Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets Stay updated on market trends and new project launches Conduct client property tours and attend project site visits Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and developer launches

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate sector Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market and project pipeline Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
