We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property sales & leasing transactions and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

This role requires min of 2 Years of Real Estate Experience and Understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

What are we looking for ?

1. Performance driven, Multilingual, Independent Professionals
2. RERA certified + Good Conduct Certificate, UAE driving license
3. At least 2+ years of Real Estate Experience in Dubai's Offplan or Secondary Market Sales.

4. Preferred Languages : English, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Turkish, Russian, Farsi, Spanish, Italian

Responsibilities:

1. Source direct Sellers and Buyers, guide clients through buying, selling, and renting, ensuring smooth transactions

2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Dubai's real estate market
3. Expand and maintain a professional network through networking, launch events, social media, and referrals
4. Source Verified Listings and Documents related to Property Listings as per DLD / RERA Regulations
5. Offer expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment prospects
6. Manage showings, inspections, and negotiations for clients
7. Ensure compliance with DLD / RERA Laws and Regulations
8. Collaborate with real estate professionals to facilitate deals
