Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in purchasing
off-plan properties
from leading developers in Dubai.
Stay informed about
new project launches
, developer offerings, and market trends.
Manage and publish
property listings
on major real estate portals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
potential buyers and investors
.
Conduct property
consultations and site visits
to off-plan developments.
Generate leads through
prospecting, follow-ups
, and digital outreach.
Work consistently to
achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
.
Requirements:
Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Fluent in
English
(additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a bonus).
Currently based in
Dubai
and ready to work full-time.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
