: - Off Plan Specialist and team leader - Train the team, handhold support & guide existing team. - Need to work as a leader, lead by examples needs to play a leadership role. - Need to help team to achieve their Sales targets - Specialist in assisting investors and buyers to make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases for Dubai Land. - Utilize leads produced by the firm call center as soon as possible. - Assess all leads, information, and recommendations that are given to you. Make sure all system updates related to your everyday tasks are finished promptly. - To determine the needs of the customer, evaluate the client\'s requirements and goals. - Give clients ideas and guidance on trendy neighborhoods and important investment places. - Assist investors in buying homes, making sure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. - Attempt to help your clients grow their portfolios with us. - Develop and put into practice solutions as an Off-plan specialist to successfully raise the profitability of client portfolios for the organization. - educating clients about all corporate services, such as the property management, vacation rental, lease, and off-plan divisions. Requirements:
- At least 4-7 years of experience in Real Estate Off plan sales is required.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Candidates must be knowledgeable about Off Plan structure and Real Estate market knowledge must be there.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- More than 4 years of Experience in real estate (off plan)
