Up to 60% Commissions Location: The Bay Gate Towers, Business Bay Position: Luxury Property Consultant Organization: ASSET HOMEZ INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES LLC About Position: Are you someone who possesses positive energy, a strong work ethic, dedication, and a drive to achieve results? At Asset Homez International Properties, we are actively seeking top-notch Sales Agents who have at least 6 months of experience in the Real Estate industry. Gender: Male/Female, All nationalities Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, etc.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
- 6 months Real Estate sales experience.
- The desire to grow Financially
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
