Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Offplan Real Estate Sales Agent having a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
- Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates.
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Presenting properties to potential buyers, addressing questions and any concerns.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, current trends, and market conditions in Dubai
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
- Should have minimum of 2 years Real Estate Experience.
- Proficient knowledge of real estate industry.
- Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory paper works
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and has the ability to work and solve the problem independently.
