Prepare and review real estate documents such as sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and offers.
Maintain updated knowledge of property laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
Promote properties through advertisements, listings, social media, and other marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
