Position Overview

We are on the lookout for motivated, multilingual Real Estate Agents--whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to launch your career. As part of our team, you'll guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential properties while growing your personal brand in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What You'll Do

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties

Conduct market appraisals and schedule viewings

Negotiate offers and handle all stages of the transaction process

Stay informed about current market trends and competitor activity

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

Multilingual skills - English required; Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, or others are a major plus

Sales experience - Preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented attitude

Valid UAE driving license
