Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to guide clients through buying, selling, or renting properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing. Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties. Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and guide clients through the transaction process. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar sales role (preferred but not always mandatory). Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously. Valid UAE real estate license (RERA certification preferred). Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
