We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven

Real Estate Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, guide clients through the property buying, selling, or renting process, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials. Schedule and conduct property tours, showings, and open houses. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients. Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance requirements.

Educational & Professional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required). Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/real estate software are a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
