You'll represent some of the most prestigious developments in the region and work closely with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Represent luxury residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on listings and market conditions
Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, developers, and stakeholders
Negotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism and discretion
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote listings effectively
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
Proven track record of successful high-value transactions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Strong network of clients and industry contacts
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
