Key Responsibilities
Represent luxury properties to discerning clients with professionalism and market expertise
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers
Conduct private viewings and property tours tailored to client preferences
Stay informed on premium market trends, pricing strategies, and legal frameworks
Negotiate and close high-value transactions with precision and discretion
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus
Strong network within the luxury market segment
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
