The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role requires excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, strong market knowledge, and proven experience in real estate transactions. The agent will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth processes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in property purchases, sales, and rentals.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers/tenants.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms between clients and property owners.
Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Prepare and manage property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Guide clients through legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate laws.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Skills & Competencies
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications
