A reputed Real estate agency is looking for experienced SALES AGENTS. If you have a real estate background experience with strong sales we are happy to know more about you. Also, Insurance advisor, bank sales experience, cabin crew people are welcome to apply. We are looking for self-motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents (Russian / French / Chinese/ Hindi / Urdu Speaker) to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities: Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offer.
Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his/her consultancy services.
Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks. Well presentable, well-groomed, and punctual.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with motivation to overachieve and build a successful career.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work.
Able to work & perform in a target-driven sales environment.
Hard-working & dynamic. Active With Resale and Leasing. Hands on Lead Generation. Benefits:
