Location: Dubai, UAE | Must Have Own Car & Valid UAE Driving License
We are Bayshire, a dynamic real estate company based in Dubai & Canada, seeking a female Realtor who is passionate about sales, understands Dubai's property market, and is ready to help buyers--particularly from India--find their dream home or investment.
What You'll Do:
Follow up with high-quality buyer leads provided by the company Speak fluent
English & Hindi
and present properties professionally to a diverse clientele Qualify leads, build long-term client relationships, and schedule property viewings Understand and advise clients onDubai's top residential communities
Update and manage CRM systems with lead notes, progress, and follow-ups Aim to close aminimum of 3 property transactions per month
Must-Haves:
Valid
UAE driving license
andown vehicle
Solid knowledge of theDubai real estate market
and its regulations Willingness tomake calls, hustle, and follow up regularly
A proactive attitude and strong communication skills Excellent time management and client service mindsetWhat We Offer:
