Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Manage the leasing, buying, and selling of residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully. Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in Dubai (freshers with strong sales background may be considered). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software and real estate marketing tools is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred). RERA certification is an added advantage. Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
