We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, and referral channels.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property tours, viewings, and presentations.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Maintain and update CRM with client information and activity.
Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company guidelines.
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months - 1 year
of UAE Real Estate experience (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiar with Dubai real estate market, communities, and developers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Professional, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
