Our focus is on Residential & Commercial properties across Off-plan, Secondary Market segment for Buying/Selling or Leasing. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain highest level of standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving sales targets / KPIs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up to date with the property market and new launches by leading developers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify new business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship. We will provide: \xe2\x80\xa2 Attractive commission up to 60% upon meeting Sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 The employee is eligible for the internal referral program, where he/she can earn up to 10% commission on successful referral. \xe2\x80\xa2 The employee will be entitled for 30 days of annual vacation plus all UAE national holidays, Eid, Christmas, New Year\xe2\x80\x99s Day as per UAE labour law. \xe2\x80\xa2 Employment visa provided by the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical Health Insurance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance based Quarterly & Annual Incentives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Aggressive Marketing Campaigns with top budget to generate quality Leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 CRM platform to manage Leads and drive more Sale \xe2\x80\xa2 Access to a quality data base of potential investors, landlords and tenants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional Training material, career progression plans, and ongoing support from senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Admin support to help close the deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Photography and videography team if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assistance with RERA training course & license (fees to be paid by the Agent) \xe2\x80\xa2 Office location near Metro with excellent working atmosphere.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Dubai Real Estate Broker Card with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluency in English a must. Arabic, Russian, European language an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills and good negotiator. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Social Media savvy, huge advantage if can create own content / Videos \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently with complete dedication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE driving license preferably with own Car
