Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, including renting, and selling real estate. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the market while achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct meetings, property viewings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
Research and identify new property listings and opportunities for clients.
Sales and Rentals:
Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and company databases.
Facilitate property transactions, including preparing contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and rental targets.
Networking:
Build a network of developers, and other industry professionals.
Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events to generate leads.
Customer Service:
Provide clients with expert advice and support throughout the property transaction process.
Ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred )
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales or a similar role, preferably in Dubai.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license
