* At least One (1) year experience in Dubai Real Estate Market or related field.
* Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations
* Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or a related field is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently :
Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals.
Conduct market research and stay up to date on real estate trends in the UAE market.
Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
