Your primary focus will be to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their real estate needs, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process. Your earnings will be on a commission basis, with a competitive 50% commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate requirements.
Provide expert advice and guidance on property options and market trends.
Conduct property showings and tours, offering insights and information to potential buyers or tenants. Property Sales/Rentals:List, market, and promote available properties in various channels.
Negotiate and finalize property sales or rental agreements to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Market Research:Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends and developments.
Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and property valuations. Administrative Tasks:Prepare and maintain accurate records, such as property listings, contracts, and client communications. Networking and Prospecting:Build a strong network of real estate industry contacts to source potential clients and properties.
Actively prospect for new leads and opportunities. Qualifications:

• Valid Dubai Real Estate Broker License.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a similar role in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
