Role Overview:

In this role, you will manage property sales and leasing transactions, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets with the support of our established brand and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties across Dubai. Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes with confidence and professionalism. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments. Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience

as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai. Solid understanding of the UAE property market and RERA guidelines. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred but not required. RERA certification is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
