Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for handling property sales and leasing transactions, providing expert guidance to clients, and building a strong client base. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with an attractive commission structure and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales and leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes with professionalism and clear communication. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations effectively. Build lasting relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Prepare and review contracts and documents ensuring accuracy and compliance. Keep updated with market trends, property values, and regulatory changes. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai's property market. Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and UAE property laws. Valid UAE driving license preferred but not required. RERA certification is a plus. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
