We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Real Estate Agent (Chinese Language Speaker)

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional real estate services for Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed. Assist clients in navigating property transactions, including luxury purchases and investment opportunities. Offer guidance on obtaining UAE Golden Visas through real estate investments. Utilize fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese to build rapport with clients and facilitate smooth communication. Conduct property tours and present detailed information to help clients make informed decisions. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate trends, market dynamics, and developer offerings. Collaborate with developers and colleagues to access exclusive listings and secure favorable deals for clients. Prepare and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws and regulations. Leverage targeted marketing strategies to promote listings to Chinese-speaking audiences globally.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese

; English proficiency is required. Valid UAE real estate license. Experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred, with knowledge of metropolitan areas and luxury properties. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate processes. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to transportation.
