What We're Looking For

Based in the UAE Strong spoken English (Other languages like Arabic, Russian, French, or German are a plus)

Confident and clear communicator

- Phone sales experience is a bonus, but not required Motivated, reliable, and professional Open to learning and growth in a structured, supportive setting Sales or customer service background is preferred but

not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Use our

to connect with potential clients over the phone Build relationships and identify their real estate needs Coordinate with senior agents and the team to close deals Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth experience for clients Stay informed about property listings and market updates (training provided)
