Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties in line with their requirements.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the process of selecting and securing properties.
Maintain updated knowledge of property laws, market trends, and area developments in the UAE.
Prepare necessary documentation including contracts, tenancy agreements, and offers.
Negotiate offers and close deals effectively while representing the best interests of the client.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent follow-up, support, and post-sale services.
Maintain a strong relationship with developers, landlords, and investors.
Promote properties through online platforms, listings, and open houses.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, or Sales Executive in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
