We are looking for a dynamic

Real Estate Agent

to join our Business Setup company in Dubai. The role involves helping clients find the right commercial spaces that align with their company formation and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and provide tailored property solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure suitable office spaces, business centers, and commercial properties for clients setting up businesses in the UAE. Collaborate with property owners, landlords, and developers to expand available property listings. Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms to attract clients seeking business setup solutions. Assist clients in site visits, property comparisons, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements. Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support throughout their business journey. Work closely with the business setup team to align real estate solutions with licensing and company formation requirements. Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making. Prepare reports on property deals, leads, and pipeline performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, ideally in commercial property or business centers. Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Sales-driven with a proven track record of closing deals. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced business setup environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. UAE driving license preferred.
