Job Description

We help property owners maximise rental income and occupancy through professional landlord engagement, smart pricing strategies, and end-to-end management. The Role

• Prospect and build a pipeline of landlords through calls, networking, and outreach
• Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings to secure new property signings
• Present Keey's property management services and negotiate agreements
• Coordinate with tenants and guests for viewings and move-ins
• Manage end-to-end property onboarding and documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new listings and signed deals

Ideal Profile

• 2-8 years' experience in Dubai real estate (sales, leasing, tenant management)
• Strong track record of prospecting and closing landlord agreements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Comfortable handling both outbound calls and in-person meetings
• Proactive, driven, and goal-oriented with knowledge of Dubai's property market
