to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about real estate, motivated by performance, and want access to high-quality leads, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups (training provided).
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a real estate agent in Dubai.Fluent in English is required. We are seeking to hire agents who speak Russian, Chinese, or Persian as well
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills.What We Offer:
