Key Responsibilities

Market, sell, and lease residential (Ready/ Off plan) and commercial properties Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their property needs Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements Close real estate transactions and manage follow-up until completion Build and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (required) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently on a commission structure Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Proficient in phone communication, email, and social media Real estate license is an advantage Valid UAE Driving license
