Posh Propertiess LLC is looking for motivated and result-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team at Motor City - Control Tower. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for sales and leasing Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closures Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and prices Prepare and manage listings, contracts, and documentation Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate is preferred (freshers can also apply) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team RERA certification is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
