Job Description

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team for both primary and secondary market. Only experienced people required.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively source stock and list on all portals through CRM to generate leads, engage with buyers sellers & tenants to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals efficiently. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new projects, and competitive developments. Collaborate with the in house marketing team to leverage branding and lead-generation campaigns, property listings on portals through our crm. Maintain an organized database of leads and clients using the CRM system. Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and property exhibitions. Collaborate with RMs to gain priority access to high demand projects and negotiate better terms or allocations n for clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry Up to date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and emerging opportunities. Strong core sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency in languages skills in English , Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Turkish Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
