Job Summary

Blissful Homes Real Estate is hiring ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team in Meydan. We provide the tools and support to help you close deals faster--basic salary AED 2,000-3,000 + 50% commission, CRM, and admin support.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with prospects Arrange and conduct viewings List and market properties (rentals & sales) Update client activity and pipeline in the CRM Negotiate offers and support clients through closing
Requirements

Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred (training can be provided for strong candidates) Strong communication and negotiation skills Presentable, reliable, and target-driven RERA card is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
